We stock a lot of other stuff you can't find anywhere else. It's
true. We don't exclude merchandise from our stock (and your music
collection) simply because it
doesn't have a UPC code. That means lots and LOTS of independent
vinyl.
Another key selling point is immediacy. Midheaven's fulfillment
action desk is mere
footsteps away from Revolver USA's impressively jumbled inventory. That
means the titles you're ordering are maintained in our stock, instead
of in some warehouse once (or twice, or thrice) removed from where
your email is sent. When you call or email, you're dealing with the
person who will be billing, processing and shipping your
order.
Blame is overrated. We're all about accountability. Hold us
responsible. We're used to it.

Order
Midheaven's database contains over 3300 independent-label items. Don't know where to begin? You can amble through
our complete catalog by clicking on the BROWSE button at the top of
each page. There you can select a particular letter of the alphabet,
release date or label to browse. Or, if you've got something
particular in mind, search on a particular label, artist, title,
release date or keyword by clicking on the SEARCH button at the top of each
page. Or, if one of the exclusive new releases over there on the left
side of the page strikes your fancy, click on the album art and/or
artist/title.

Our Downloadables browsing
device has become one of Midheaven's most popular pages: it
calls up each and every item within Midheaven's
domain that contains MP3, RealAudio and (NEW!) AAC files. It also lists direct links to downloads on the iTunes Music Store, emusic.com, AmazonMP3 and Boomkat.
Many 30-second RealAudio and MP3 snippets exist for Exclusive
releases. Quite a few of the titles displayed on the left margin
of this page have such samples available for listening.
"Surprise me," you say? Well, our more adventurous visitors can
obtain an automated sonic sampling of Midheaven-exclusive artists
before (or while) they browse and buy-- we'd like to announce the birth of the Midheaven MP3 Jukebox, which, depending on your browser/system preferences, will open QuickTime, iTunes or MusicMatch, etc and stream MP3 selections from our exclusive catalog of releases.
And remember, RealAudio is dead-- long live RealAudio! We've discontinued adding new clips to our Midheaven RealAudio
Jukebox, but we'll continue to archive over 2000 songs within its realm. You can stream a random collection of 360 tracks via RealAudio's delicate and oft-temperamental software.
Let's Talk Alternatives
We carry a lot of titles. Nearly all are listed here,
but we receive
new stuff daily. If you don't see what you're looking for, ask. And when ordering,
always remember to LIST ALTERNATE SELECTIONS in the "comments"
blank of the order form-- just in case we're out of stock on any of
your first choices.
Order Confirmation via Email
When you order on our website you'll receive an immediate
confirmation of receipt of your order via email. The email will
include a tentative order amount, including estimated invoice total.
This confirmation does NOT mean your order has already been
picked or invoiced or charged to your credit card. It simply means
we've received your order. Midheaven does not charge you for items
not shipped.
More Stuff You Should Read Before You
Shop
Prices listed are in U.S. dollars and do not include
shipping/handling, which can be determined on our freight chart. Prices (of course)
subject to change.
We accept VISA and MasterCard, as well as checks (they're held for a
week or two until our bank says it's okay), money orders, IMOs (International Money Orders drawn in US dollars only), and
(well-concealed) cash (if you mail cash, send it via registered
mail!) Credit card orders can be submitted via Netscape, Internet
Explorer, AOL or any other browser. If you'd rather send credit card
info via fax, mail, or email, that's okay, too. You may also print
out a time-tested paper order form and snailmail it to us
instead. We're not able to issue cash refunds; if you prepay your
order and send it via snailmail and we are out of stock on any of
your choices, we will issue a credit slip to be used on subsequent
orders. If you need assistance or have any questions about online

Again (and this bears repeating): Midheaven does not charge you for
items not shipped (see "Order Confirmation via Email," above).
Our Privacy Policy
We do not sell, rent, trade or give away our customers' personal
information (including-- but not limited to-- email addresses)
to/with other companies, promise. More details regarding our

Security
Orders submitted via the Secure Ordering option on
Midheaven's "shopping cart" system arrive at
our office over the internet via SSL (secure sockets layer).
Translation: your credit card info is encrypted.

If you would rather not send your credit card info as part of our
website's shopping cart order process, that's okay-- leave that field
blank and send your credit card number (order@midheaven.com) in
one email and your expiration date in another, referencing the items
you ordered via the shopping cart system.
Our Returns Policy
We will replace any factory-defective item purchased
from Midheaven
with a fresh copy of that title. Please email dave-AT-midheavenDOTcom and
provide the artist, title and format of the defective item, what's
wrong with it, and when you bought it from us. Once Dave has ok'd
the return, send it back to the contact address
below; we'll confirm that the item sent back is defective
and then send you a replacement copy. Or you can make an appointment
to drop by our office to trade in the defective item (see "In the Neighborhood?," below). If you
mail the title back to us, please be sure to pack it well; we
can't be responsible for replacing items trashed by our wonderful
U.S. postal service. We are unable to grant cash refunds; if
we are out of stock on the defective item's replacement copy, you
have several choices: we can send you a credit slip good for your
next order, you may specify an alternate item, or you can choose to
wait for new stock to arrive on the original defective item.
If you gave someone a Midheaven-purchased item as a gift and it turns
out it's something they already have, we will accept the
unopened/unplayed item for credit on a future order. The same policy
as above applies-- email Dave regarding your desire to return
the item, when you purchased it from us, etc.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on an item because
you don't like it once you hear it.
