Founded by MARK SOLOTROFF in Chicago, 1984, INTRINSIC ACTION evolved from an experimental industrial noise group into a full-blown power-electronics unit, eventually touring the US with Whitehouse in 1993. They disbanded in 1995 and regrouped as heavy electronics trio BLOODYMINDED. This remastered 2003 re-release of the fourth Intrinsic Action cassette (Arbeit Recordings, 1988) contains dark, decayed, rumbling electronics, and meditations on Chicago's Gacy murders. With two previously unreleased bonus tracks (one live, one SCTL).
