From The Nursery is pleased to announce its fourth release, a new album by Brooklyn sheet metal duo, ORPHAN, titled Decapitated Lovers. Prominent among the album's nine tracks is a sprawling anthem, "Tarantula Downforce," which clocks in at over 8 1/2 minutes, and a cover of "Well Fed Fuck," originally recorded by Born Against. In 2008, Other Music named Orphan’s debut “the most ferocious record of the summer.” Two years later, that damaged intensity continues to drive the cold dark heart of a band called Orphan.The album features cover art work by Gardar Eide Einarsson, and is limited to 500 numbered copies pressed on clear vinyl.
