An eleven-song collection of pop standards that Lee grew up with and has sung all his life. With a voice that has matured from the pure baritone drawl he employed in the 60s and 70s to a seasoned, smokey croon, his renditions of these classics are some of the most honest and idiosyncratic to ever be committed to tape, evidence of a lifetime spent enduring both the spoils and the vagaries of the “business.” Backed by the AL CASEY COMBO, who knew their way around a lounge before the words “”space-age” and “bachelor” ever appeared in the same sentence.
